Unable to connect to database

If you still have to install Drupal, proceed to the installation page.

If you have already finished installed Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the PostgreSQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

The PostgreSQL error was: pg_connect(): Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: FATAL: password authentication failed for user "adm_cac" FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "152.92.1.225", user "adm_cac", database "db_cac", SSL off

Currently, the database is db_cac, the username is adm_cac, and the database server is postgresql.unidades.uerj.br.

For more help, see the Installation and upgrading handbook. If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your hosting provider.
